PENCIL CREATIONS ~*~
| These are from a series of color pictures I did
when I first started out. The originals are big, 37cms X 55cms, framed
and hanging on my wall. They're all drawn with color pencils (Derwent)
with black pen highlights. The first one is a very early piece with not
much detail. I remember I had an idea of drawing one for each season. It
didn't happen. (Maybe one day.) |

THE TOADSTOOL
At this stage of my life I had a fascination with
frogs.

THE WANDERING MINSTREL
| The frog is one of my favorites. He's very cocky,
sings with a voice only another frog could love and has one of those
attitudes....he's been everywhere and done everything. Here he is wooing
the little fish and telling of the wonderful places he's seen. The little
fish listens with awe. |

MOUSE GARDEN
The "Mouse Garden" took me longer to draw. If
you compare it to "Spring"
you can see how much more detail I've added with
this later one.

| My art is popular because it's hand drawn and
original. Each one I re-drew from the start. Each reproduced piece looks
to be identical to the original unless layed side by side. Only then can
you see slight differences between the two.
Some of it took months to complete. The reproductions
took just as long and have found homes in about 8 countries in the world. |
