****~****~ Magic Eye 3D Pictures ~****~****

| Do you know what 'Magic Eye Pictures' are? They hit the unsuspecting
world about 7 or so years ago and became all the rage for awhile. They
lasted about as long as it took for us all to mess up our eyes! .... haha.
Remember staring at a picture for hours while claiming that it doesn't work? Then suddenly your eyes went all funny (probably because they were so tired) and a weird thing happened and you could finally see what you were meant to see. Yes, we could see the 'Magic Eye Picture' and if you were like me you were amazed at what you were seeing. They look like you could put your hand right into the picture. ****~****~****~****~**** How do you do it? Here's what a book says ................. 'Magic Eye' is the method of viewing a unique 3D picture that can be printed on plain paper with no special coatings , and viewed without special glasses. In order to 'see' a 'Magic Eye' picture , two things must happen. First, you must get one eye to look at a point in the image, while the other eye looks at the same point in the next pattern. Second you must hold your eyes in that position long enough for the marvelous structures in your brain to decode the 3D information that has been coded into the repeating patterns by a computer program. All these pictures are designed to be seen by diverging our eyes! To view the pictures focus on your reflection on your screen or lick your finger and touch your screen so there's a mark on it. Focus on the mark or your reflection and stare at it with a fixed gaze. After several seconds, you'll perceive depth, followed by the 3D image, which will develop almost like an instant photo! Another method is to lean as close as you can to your screen (if you're looking at 3D pictures in a book hold it up to your nose), let the eyes relax and stare vacantly off into space as if you're looking through the image. Relax and become comfortable with the idea of observing the image, without looking at it. When you are relaxed and NOT crossing your eyes, move slowly back from the screen (or move the book slowly away from your nose). Keep looking through the page, stopping at a comfortable reading distance and keep staring. The most discipline is needed when something starts to 'come in' because at that moment you'll instinctively try to look at the screen/page rather than looking through it. If you LOOK at it start again. ****~****~****~****~**** All I can add to this explanation from a book is to keep trying. It does work and it's definitely worth it. You'll have to trust me with this one. It took me many, MANY tries before I 'got it' and now I can do 'the thing' with my eyes instantly when I look at one of these amazing pictures. No, it doesn't hurt or damage your eyes. If your eyes are becoming tired, stop and try again later. Good luck ........... I hope you can enjoy my 'Collection of Magic Eye
3D Pictures'.
