I'm a literary angel
Blessed with the gift of words
I love to share my wisdom
And have a desire to be heard

I paint a picture with my pen
And tell of magic things
Of faeries, elves and witches
And dragons, frogs and kings

Sometimes when I feel thoughtful
Romance I'll talk of too
I write of warmth and loving
My inner feelings I show to you

But when my mood is lighter
And takes over then I laugh
I giggle as I jot down words
Like having a chocolate bath

I'll admit it's not always easy
To know what's right or wrong
If I can't get the words I want
I dig deep into my poetic wisdom
