I see so many great works in the written art
Nearly always I say ..... I wished I had've said that
Soft sweet words or harsh words that punch
Pretty words that say so much
It's all an inspiration to me
Rarely can I let it pass me by
And after I've let it all sink in
That's when the contagion begins
I can't wait to put pen to paper
On nearly every occasion
New words form and my poetic thoughts flow

It's something that I really like to do
Setting my thoughts in poetry just for you

Contagious it is.... I'll agree with that
Once I start I just don't want to stop
Not every time I can think of the right word
That's when my imagination's stretched
And I need some encouragement to go on
Guess what I do when I'm really hard up?
I read other's words and inspiration prevails ........
Ok, I've got to ask .... did you see what I did?
Usually I say nothing but this time I can't wait
So tell me ..... did you notice, huh? :lol
