The Hope Dragon gives us
purpose to our mien

When others may scoff or laugh
she will banish our doubt
and show us the bright light
in the success of our dreams

The Hope Dragon warms the
sunlight in our days

If we are feeling wan
and have lost our inner glow
she will massage our psyche
then nudge us on our way

The Hope Dragon brings 
comfort on long nights 

When our thoughts keep us awake
she smoothes our sweaty brow
calms our wilful heart
and sleep then wins the fight

The Hope Dragon is the
guardian of our heart

If we get too rung out
by the rejection of another
she protects our precious jewel
and thrusts sorrow far apart
